   I want to thank you and Pulse Shower for their excellent customer service. For some reason this shower has mixed reviews on Amazon. I took a chance and purchased it and overall I am very happy with both the shower and your service. I use those reviews very much and therefore it bothers me when people give negative reviews that are not deserved. Often it is people who are unreasonable. I originally called your company when I first received the shower and it was missing some hardware. The rep was very kind and shipped me an entire hardware package for free. I felt a little bad about this but he said it was OK. Then when I actually installed the shower, there was some leakage. This time, you spoke to me. You were very nice in quickly responding and sending me out a cartridge replacement. The shower works great and I have used it now for over 3 months. We totally renovated our bathroom and the Shower Spa makes the new shower a refuge where a person can take a nice shower and relax. I did in fact put a 5 star review on Amazon and gave good comments regarding both the shower and the service. I hope you share my compliments with the rest of your management. Keep up the good customer service.

   I installed one of these in my second home and I loved it, now I am going to install another one in my primary home. I originally purchased this through Costco but now I dont see it there. Will have to go to Home Depot or Lowes.

   I bought this shower but it does not come with a mixing valve. Please advise where I can purchase a mixing valve to complete the shower set. I am located in Toronto, Ontario.

   we have had our aloha unit for a few years now and we love it unfortunately the overhead shower head has split at the seam for the second time allowing water to spray over the top of the shower door…..The first time customer service was great and sent a new warranty head out right away. This time i am having trouble even getting thru to anyone.

   I love my new aloha shower system. I was looking for something I could do myself with no plumbing changes and this was perfect. It is a nice upgrade over my regular shower head.

   This thing seems pretty great. The only issue I am having is the white filter or valve in the nipple. If I have it in it blocks the water. But if I don’t have it it the little filter behind it falls out. is it required or faulty? Also the rubber washer with mesh really has to be forced into the 90 degree fitting that attaches to the wall. Is this normal? The rest of the rubber washer fit nicely.
